FanFind Terms of Service

Welcome to FanFind. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FanFind website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by FanFind, LLC (“FanFind,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using FanFind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What FanFind Does

FanFind is a platform that helps users:

  • Discover sports bars, venues, and events

  • See real-time fan activity and crowd presence

  • Connect with other fans

FanFind provides information and community features only. We do not own, operate, or control any venues listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use FanFind.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • You meet this requirement

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

3. Your Account

You may use FanFind with or without creating an account.

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

  • You must provide accurate information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content & Activity

You may post content such as:

  • Check-ins

  • Comments

  • Photos

  • Messages

  • Venue activity

You are responsible for what you post.

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or harmful information

  • Harass or harm other users

  • Upload illegal, offensive, or abusive content

  • Impersonate others

FanFind may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Location & Real-Time Features

FanFind uses location data to power features like:

  • Nearby venue discovery

  • Real-time fan activity and crowd visibility

Important:

  • Location data may be approximate and not always accurate

  • Real-time activity and crowd levels are estimates based on user data

You should not rely on FanFind for safety-critical decisions.

6. No Guarantees About Venues or Events

FanFind does not guarantee:

  • That a venue is showing a specific game

  • Crowd size or fan presence

  • Accuracy of venue details

  • Quality, safety, or experience at any venue

All decisions to visit a venue are made at your own risk.

7. User Interactions & Meetups

FanFind may facilitate interactions between users.

You acknowledge:

  • You interact with other users at your own risk

  • FanFind does not conduct background checks

  • FanFind is not responsible for user behavior

FanFind is not liable for:

  • Any interactions, disputes, or incidents between users

  • Any events, meetups, or activities arranged through the platform

8. Advertising & Promotions

FanFind may display:

  • Sponsored venues

  • Promotions

  • Advertisements

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of advertisements

  • Quality of products or services offered by advertisers

Any interaction with advertisers is between you and the advertiser.

9. Intellectual Property

All FanFind content, including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Design

  • Software

is owned by FanFind or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute FanFind content

  • Reverse engineer the platform

10. Privacy

Your use of FanFind is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using FanFind, you agree to how we collect and use your data as described there.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FanFind if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • We believe your use poses risk to users or the platform

You may delete your account at any time.

  • Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
